How to add your subscriber number

Access exclusive content and competitions with your RW subscriber number



If you're a subscriber to Runner's World, then make sure your subscriber number is added to your profile so that you can access exclusive content and competitions on runnersworld.co.uk. Here's a quick guide how to do it.

When on runnersworld.co.uk, you will need to be signed into the site. You can do this by either creating a new profile or logging into your existing one. Both options can be found in the top right corner of the site.

Once you have logged in, you will be taken to your settings page. This page can also be accessed in the top right hand corner of the site when logged in, as shown in this image.

When you reach the settings page, simply scroll down and open the tab named MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS. Here you will see a text field where you can enter your subscriber number and click the 'go' button. This is allow you access to the subscriber content.

I've just called to get my subscription number but when I enter it, it doesn't work?!

Go into your settings and add it there- wirked for me

I can't believe that you bothered.  The forum is broken and the mag has gone down to the bottom of the hill.  Rodale need to buck up or buckle - that seems to be a common theme on here!
