Hi Pirates

I cannot believe you are all still smiling in the Run. Having just returned from Quelle Roth Challenge (same day as IM Switzerland) all my photos look like I am suffering in the Marathon.

Well done to you all

Good effort, well done!

its the support that does it.

It looked like there must have been a coach load.

Support in Germany is nothing short of Frantic is it the same at IMCH?

Personally to me how ever many thousands of strangers are there or makes less of a difference to me than the crew in yellow and black in the most unsuspected places.

Hi Richard, There are not as many supporters at IMCH as there are at QCR (or IMDE) but it is a nice location and an enjoyable race. We took quite a lot of our own supporters!

Nam - just you wait! There is a lot more support on the bike course at Roth. And for the little bit of the run I saw, there too. And the weather was rubbish! Support on the run course probably makes more difference. At IMDE there is someone shouting your name every couple of minutes!

Christ that would be aweful - nowhere quiet to have a little walk break

Ive heard numbers in the region of 300,000 people supporting on the course at Roth, we'll see next July
