Kick off your festive season with London's most popular Santa run. Join a fleet of more than two thousand Santas descending upon Battersea Park and get ready to baffle the busy park's other visitors. A popular warm-up accompanied by Christmas songs precedes a flat race taking in several laps of the pretty park. In Liverpool they don't do things by halves. Not content to be the largest festive race in the UK, the Liverpool Santa Dash is looking for world domination. After having their World Santa Challenge record stolen last year by Las Vegas, organisers are keen to get a whopping 10,000 Scouse Santas on the move to reclaim the crown. But you can expect an unforgettable race whatever the result, with a course that explores Liverpool City Centre in a route meandering from the Liver Buildings to the Town Hall.
