Cystic fibrosis

Run New York with Team CF for free! Cystic fibrosis is chronically misunderstood, kills thousands and is carried unknowingly in the genes of millions. It’s invisible to the naked eye, destroys lives, stopping them short, inflicting hardship and distress on those affected, their families and carers.

The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the only UK-wide charity looking to beat cystic fibrosis.

We don’t set a sponsorship target for this awesome event, but if you raise over £1500 you can use our reimbursement scheme to cover your travel costs! Retinitis Pigmentosa

Retinitis pigmentosa (RP) is a disease of the eye that leads to loss of vision and blindness. RPFB works hard to stimulate and fund cutting edge research to find a treatment or cure and support those affected. We aspire to a world where people with RP will have access to treatments or a cure and will not lose their sight.

Run for RP Fighting Blindness in the world famous New York Marathon. It boasts the best marathon atmosphere in the world, with two million cheering spectators and music all the way. This race is not to be missed and RPFB can help you secure your place on the starting line.

Great Ormond Street Hospital

Join our ING New York City Marathon team today and be a hero for all the children at Great Ormond Street Hospital.

You’ll receive unlimited and dedicated support along the way and a fantastic fundraising pack to help you raise as much as possible.

Saint Michael’s Hospice

There are eight Saint Michael’s Hospice places available for this must-run event. By taking part, you can help people with terminal illness to live and die well.

The NYC Marathon package is £2,999, which includes all flights, transfers, accommodation and race entry as well as £1,500 to help someone with terminal illness live their last years, months and days with dignity and respect.
