The Thames Path is a 184-mile National Trail along the river, from the Cotswolds to Greenwich, London. With 50K or 100K options for walkers and runners, the ‘Thames Path Challenge’ drew 1,500 participants in 2012. Bethan, pictured on the Millennium Bridge, says, ‘It’s a great and accessible run route for Londoners.’
