The Experience: Rockclimbers’ haven Three Cliffs Bay sits on the south coast of the Gower Peninsular. Tide times permitting, it’s also a haven for runners – marathoner Phil, pictured, runs a 4K route from here to Oxwich Bay in the background. ‘I am so lucky to have this beautiful place to train in,’ she says.
