Fans of the recently cancelled Dundee Half-Marathon were delighted to discover this brand-new Dundee half: the Angus HaM.
The inaugural event on April 26 was an intimate affair with 78 runners completing an undulating loop in the grounds of Monikie Country Park, passing through Monikie Village, Kellas, Kingennie and Newbigging.
Organisation was good, with four water stations, two first-aid points and ample marshals.
Neil Young was first man in 1:18:21 and Meike Cooper first woman in 1:35:04.
