Best moment was starting - it meant not being cold any more! Although once I'd registered it maent that I could have no more scary dreams about not registering...

Crossing Tower Bridge was also cool - been wating to do that for years!

I don't think I had a worst moment, but crossing the cobbles under Tower Bridge hurt a bit (well quite a lot actually). Was gutted I missed Johnny!

I just wanted to get round and run all they way, even better if i could get round in sub 4.30, but what I secretly wanted was to get round sub 4.20. I managed: did it in 4.15.43! Had been envisaging beer for the last 10 miles, so on finishing my long-suffering friends and I headed to Walkabout at Temple - three pints of beer, pure elation and all the sugar I had comsumed during the race made me very bouncy - you can't beat a good run, beer and cheesy pop music in a cheesy bar!

Next time I think I'll do more training and eat before I drink beer.
