Time: 4:29

Highlight - Mile 18 - Huge cheer by all forumites, chilled champagne courtesy of Ultra Meerkat, Jaffa Cake, but best of all the hugs from Ultra Meerkat and Flipper. Finally a huge cheer from everyone as I left.

Lowpoint - being so cold at the start, (just come back from Florida where the temperatures were 90 degrees.

Target Time - based on training, races and RW table 3.45. Actual Time - 4.29.55 by clock

What would I do next time? - Is there going to be a next time?

If there is I need to concentrate on the taper, I am peaking too early and then losing it in the taper. Maybe two weeks walking around Disney getting up early and going to bed late, and only doing two 5 mile runs in the middle, plus a spot of jet lag was not the ideal taper.
