Time: 4:48

Q:  What was the best moment (excluding the finish)?
A: Seeing my wife and family at mile 24 and getting a big snog to send me on my way for the last 2.4 miles. That moment and the massive cheer from fellow forumites at Mudchute made the pain that much easier to bear.

Q: And the worst moment?
A: Probably standing on a cold, windy and wet Blackheath, waiting in a long queue for the loo, wandering what the hell I was doing here.

Q: The biggest surprise?
A:    Drinking 20 bottles of water and 4 packs of lucozade and still not needing a pee

Q: What was your goal? And what was your finishing time?
A: The goal was to get round without a major injury, unlike last year - (achieved!). Time 4:48

Q: What would you do differently?
A: Try and lose a bit of weight so I could keep up with Wonder Woman!

Q: And indeed what was the key to your success?
A: Commitment to training, support from my wife, Cindy, and a very worthwhile weekend spent with TrailPlus on their training camp.

Q: How will you be celebrating?
A: Champagne (Monday Night) followed by a holiday to Cape Town – You need to treat your wife after the 6 months of hell she’s just been through
