I don't know where to start........

What a fantastic day, although the weather could have been kinder as I struggled to keep warm before the start. I found the whole thing really emotional, so if someone in a BHF vest started crying after you called out her name that would be me!

Surprisingly enough I didn't hit the wall, although at one point I felt like if I went any slower I would be going in reverse. Managed to speed up towards the end although was disappointed to be overtaken by the camel in The Mall. Just beat my target time of 5 hours (4.59.58).

Hubby didn't manage to see me despite chasing round London to be in 3 different places. The crowd support however was fantastic, and I don't think I could have done it without all the cheering (don't even consider running without having your name on your top).

The best bit for me was Tower Bridge. I couldn't believe how many people were crammed onto it and I swear they were all shouting for me.

I said it was a one-off so maybe next year I'll have to be in the crowd.
