Q: What was the best moment (excluding the finish)?
A: Getting to mile 16 knowing that the furtherest I'de run in training was 15, and I could make it past that..

Q: And the worst moment?
A: Only realising after I finished that I had wasted over half-an-hour by stopping and chatting to all my supporters en-route.

Q: The biggest surprise? Or the most memorable moment?
A: Hearing a supporter in the crowd at mile 24 saying "what a pleasure to see such a smiling happy face for a change" :-) I also has a grid with miles 1 - 26 stuck on my back and I stopped every mile to let a child in the crowd cross a mile off - they were so chuffed to be included. Seeing their excitement was very special.

Q: What was your goal? And what was your finishing time?
A: Initially my goal was 4hrs, then my training went completely belly-up so my goal shifted drastically to just finishing. I ambled in at a shocking 5:01:26.

Q: What would you do differently? And indeed what was the key to your success?
A: I WOULD TRAIN NEXT TIME!!! The only reason I got round was purely because of the crowd support (and my pride).

Q: How will you be celebrating?
A: I still am....
