A weekend of running - 11 & 12th May

It was a great weekend for running, minus some gusty winds, and a busy one in the UK race calendar.

There were three big city halves: Sheffied, Leeds and Chester all had runners and fans out in force, plus 10K’s in Richmond, Colchester and Leicester saw lots of action this weekend. Were you at any of these races or  somewhere else entirely.

If you were racing tell us about your experiences and don’t forget to rate them online.

If you weren’t racing but had some run-ventures elsewhere then tell us about that too. Maybe you discovered a new route that you can share, clocked some decent splits or hit a new mileage high.

For me, it was a good weekend of running. A speedy 10K in the park set me up for a productive Saturday and Sunday evening consisted of a rainy dash along the Thames Path towards Greenwich.

If you’ve got any stories leave them in the comments below or send us some snaps to editor@runnersworld.co.uk and we’ll make a gallery of our favorites.
