In short: Fantastic scenery and good organisation make the trip well worthwhile.
In full: Great race but got caught out a bit by the course being a lot tougher than I had envisaged. Can't remember any flat bits and would not have been looking for a PB had I had known what it was like. Plenty support on route and at stadium finish, nice medal and tee shirt. Only gripe was that it was a bit chaotic at the toilets at the start and due to the rush didn't get much chance for pre-race preparation.

In short: Most scenic marathon I have ever run
In full: Hope the organisers have a big ironing board to flatten out that hill at mile 18 for next time !!

In short: A great race, well organised, fairly tough course
In full: If you want to try a marathon I would recommend this one, it is well organised, the course is a bit up and down, you have to save a little bit for the hill at 18, hot food afterwards, great scenery, good support when you venture into occupied territory.
