In short: Fantasically organised. Lovely variations in scenery. Nice to see every single path in the memorial park.

In short: Excellent course - so much better than 2005 - Kenilworth Road was great view and down hill!
In full: Compared to 2005 this was an excellent race from start to finish. It was a great course, taking in more of the Parks and the view down the Kenilworth Road was excellent. It started on time and had a great atmosphere - a PB as well. Well done to Helen Kelly and all at CCC.

In short: Really well organised, great course, loved it!
In full: Well Done Everyone Involved!!
Thanks for running such a good race. Great new course (the scene after turning left at the top of Gibbet Hill around 8 miles was just glorious), loads of marshalls, start and finish went like clockwork. OK, so we all would have preferred to get timing chips through the post, but it was such a brezze collecting them that it didn't really matter.
Great T-shirt, chocolate, banana, juice, water, medal, foil blanket and more besides at the finish.
I really really enjoyed the day. Many residents were out to cheer us along, all the roads were properly closed off, water stations worked great, and the weather was just about perfect (cool and dry). See you next year!

In short: Good atmosphere and largely well organised - will do it again
In full: Excellent race with a lovely atmosphere. Marshalls before the race did not all know where everything was but when the race started and onwards everything was excellent. Plenty of drinks, support and a good course except for a few hills.

In short: Nice race - route could do with some improvements
In full: A really nice race, with good support from the locals. Only gripe is with the route, some ridiculously sharp turns and zig zagging around memorial park became emotional knowing you were so close to the finish.

In short: What a buzz!
In full: Woo-hoo! My first half marathon - and most definitely not my last! What a buzz! Pretty good organisation (though marshalls' info was a bit hit and miss at times with regards to parking, toilet facilities etc). Great route (despite zig zagging round Memorial park and final hill!!!).
