In short: A fast course, well organised and marshalled, with a bargain entry fee!
In full: My second Cricklade Half, 4 years after my first try. I won't leave such a long gap next time!
Very well organised, with various places to park for free (albeit with a 10-15 min walk to the hq). HQ had ample loos, bag storage, massage benches, and a coffee shop.
5 min walk back to the race start, for a fast, flat course, on a perfect running day. Marshalls were all supportive, 4 water stations, and a good atmosphere.
Will be back in 2013, and aiming for a PB!

In short: Excellent event, well organised and genuine PB potential
In full: First time at this event and chose to run it based on reviews on this website.

The organisation was very good and I really liked the low-key, local, friendly atmosphere. Special thanks to the two people who ran the baggage drop area in the leisure centre - this was a really nice touch.

The course is definite PB potential, being mostly pancake flat with the occasional slight undulation. The weather really helped yesterday (dry and cool).

Overall, an excellent event and I will be returning next year.

In short: great rural road race - no crowding and flat makes for fast times
In full: Loved this; my first Cricklade Half. So much more fun than the big-city halfs with trips and elbows all round. Crowd support patchy, but vociferous! Sports centre reg and start v well organised with helpful (free) baggage staff. Loads of water and attentive marshalls. No sports drinks, but told, so brought with me. The scenery was great considering it was flat, but that also brought some serious PB potential!

In short: Good well organised race
In full: This course is well capable of producing fast times and for me provided a good yard stick to measure my current fitness level against.
My only criticism, was on finishing not being sure where to go after crossing the line and then finding that I had to limbo under a metal rail to receive medal & drink - but I am being picky.

In short: Good for a quick time unless you get injured like me :-(
In full: This is a good course and can easily produce a good time. Unfortunately I ended up with a stress fracture and in A&E the following day :-( ... All we got at the end was a medal. A goody bag would have been nice as I was desperate for a drink.
