In short: End of London's reign as premier UK Marathon
In full: Superb event - very good quick course, curiously always felt level or downhill. Great support, very good water/food stations, easy access, great finish. London has some serious competition!

In short: A great race with character
In full: A great location and a well organised race. An interesting course with charcter (city, country, riverside & race course start & finish). Good value - iso & bottled water, LS tech top, great goody bag, great facilities and very well organised especially the marshalls. Many thanks to all.

In short: Excellent Race
In full: I really can't fault this race. If you are looking for a marathon to beat your PB, with reasonable support and pleasant scenery, you'd struggle to beat this. Definitely in my top 3 road marathons with Amsterdam and MK.

In short: Excellent organisation great support throughout and good course
In full: Excellent organisation with attention to detail that removes unnecessary pre-race stress. Great support throughout from the volunteers and villages. Yes there was the occasional hill but there were also good long stretches to get into a rhythm which helps. I would recommend it to new and seasoned marathon runners alike.

In full: A well thought out race from start to finish. Great support along the way and welcome encouragement from enthusiastic marshals. Excellent event with a cheeky little hill at mile 24.
