In short: !st time for me
In full: Brilliant run - 2 laps, at least you know what to expect on the 2nd lap, went with the 9min.mile pacer for the 1st 6 miles then upped my pace a little, which is what I planned to do, thanks to the pacer

In short: Great race - got a PB
In full: It was well organised and friendly. Definitely good for a PB, but was quite windy. As I live inland, it's great to have a race overlooking the sea. I find the 2-lap format helpful, as I then know what to expect from the last few miles !

In short: Got a personal best by 17 mins
In full: Excellent day, I really enjoyed it, struggled around the eleven mark with the gradient bit it wasn't so bad and the fact I knocked 17 minutes of my last race made it for me. It is a really good value race with a great goodie bag

In short: Nice Race
In full: This is a good race, well organised, course is flat, aside from the gentle incline after the turning point. No waves splashing over the runners this year. Medal was better than last year, T shirt worse. Stayed in the Hilton the night before, which was really handy for the race, if a very expensive option. Will be back next year, for the flat course and cos the family can find a lot to do in Blackpool.

In short: Excellent organisation, course spot on and great medal/goody bag
In full: Really nice race, very well organised and course extremely well measured. Fast course, though just outside of pb for me - constant breeze got a bit much at the end. Great medal and bag / refreshments at end. Guy on speaker very encouraging. Only negative I have was the toilets.

In short: Good race, nice route, supportive marshals, beat my PB, only disappointment NO water/drink or sandwich in the goody bag plus only large baggy t-shirt, I am only a slim 10!

In short: This was my second GNWHM - flat course so beginner friendly and good for anyone looking for a PB. The course is concrete tedium for the most part but a free butty and goodies at the end. Back next year!
