In short: Superbly organised, great crowd support and fantastic finish in the stadium
In full: Runners very polite - no pushing. Crowds cheering all the way and a great feeling to finish by entering the stadium. Refreshments available at every pit stop and nice touch to see vaseline stations too. Great route with varied environment and a good hill about 2 miles in. Only one negative: the start was quite a walk from the runners village but I treated it as a warm up and hedges were useful as extra toilet facilities. Definitely recommended and will do it again.

In short: Good PB potential if you cn get a good first 2 miles....can be busy
In full: I do like the Reading half. It is one of the best supported, bands, crowds make the event v good. The drinks station at the university can get busy but the stadium finish is a good touch

In short: Reading - big pats on the back
In full: This was my first time at Reading (quite new to half marathons).
Excellent pre race organisation and having 5 minute interval markers enabled me to break 1hr40 - thanks to the the bloke in the yellow t-shirt (even though I was secretly cursing him Miles 9 - 11).
Brilliant idea in having 5k chip times on the results page.
Great finishing setting in the stadium though I was too exhausted to appreciate it fully.
Well done - look forward to next year.
Only niggle was queue to reclaim bag afterwards.

In short: An excellent event - something for everyone
In full: Something for everyone - fast or slow - it doesn`t really matter. It comes with pacers, huge number of supporters along the way, bands playing, plenty of water & energy drink stops, and a great stadium finish - don`t forget the goodie bag & medal. Despite the large number of runners it`s was well organised. Free bus service to & from Reading - mind you need to stand in line thou. Well done - I`ll be back.

In short: Great organisation although route fairly dull, but with fantastic support and the best finishh
In full: Well done organisers and the people of Reading, a successful race enjoyed by thousands of runners. MK take note! Enjoyed the whole day, hopefully the M4 junction roadworks will be finished next year!

In short: Fantastic to finish in the Mad Stad - great crowd support most of the way round
In full: As in previous years, excellent organisation as far as I was concerned. Rather warm for me this year, as the sun hadn't listened to the cool and wet weather forecast, but still a great day and, as others have said, finishing in the Mad Stad is just brilliant.

In full: The only "but" I will give to this would go to the fact that I found that on that Sunday there was just one train which could get you from Oxford to Reading in time for the race. I don't know if the organization contacted the rail network responsible at all, but that is definitely a 0 for the rail system and it would have been nice if the organizers had found out about this and warned on the event's webpage to any runners trying to get to the race by train from the north.

Other than that, a very well organized event with very good atmosphere.

In short: Well organised, nice course
In full: Well organised event. I agree with some of the other runners in that running along the dual carriageway needs more entertainment..or just something other than tarmac and concrete to look at! I'd definately do this one again!

In short: Good well organised busy race
In full: Well organised good atmosphere but why can't we do horrible loopy bit at the end in Green Park at the beginning rather than end.
Found the bit around town on Friar St/ Oxford Rd hard as pedestrians keep crossing road as no barriers/stewards
