In short: A great half marathon in a lovely setting.
In full: The potential for a PB at Vyrnwy is very good, however, the course is not as flat as some people make it out to be - much of the first mile is up a pretty significant hill and there is another long 3% drag between 6 and 8 miles. Nonetheless, a fantastic half marathon at a great venue.

In short: they ran out of medals????
In full: seemed to run out of medals for the slower runners. one of our group did a fantastic 2.13 which was a brilliant achievement for her. she thought that only the fastest got medals. say a lot of upset runners at the back.
