In short: Tough first 4k (rain, wind and hill) great thereafter
In full: The Firemen marshalls deserve our thanks for keeping the traffic under control at the A246 crossings. The run down from Norbury House to the Mickleham bends is a real treat and well worth the struggle before that.

In short:
In full: my second race ever. The uphills were fine so don't be put off - the downhills more of a challenge. Well marshalled, safe road crossings and great mix of terrain.

In short: A classic - as always
In full: Started in a squally shower, which is a bit different from the glorious weather they normally have, but the sun soon came out to warm us up a bit.

As always, it's a brilliant race, with a lot of familiar old faces (older every year). Thanks, you guys, for making the effort every year. It's appreciated!

In short: A bit of everything! challenge, fun and reward (cakes!)
In full: A BIG thank you to all the helpers.
A well organised event and for a worthy cause. Minute silence appropriate. Found the hills a good challenge (both up & down!). Road junctions were very well managed and didn't present any problems. A good friendly event. This one will be on my schedule for next year. :)

In short: Thoroughly enjoyable race
In full: Organised in high spirits and a great one for the family to come and support. Post race treats included some enormous lumps of cake and T&Cs. Will be back next year, perhaps just for another portion of that bread pudding!

In short: Good scenery and organisation.
In full: This was a great course surrounded by lovely countryside and locals giving great support. Forgetting the rain for the first 2 miles the course was discreetly demanding with some good hills and nice straights to gain popsition and speed. Organisation was first class and all went very smoothly with all monies going to a great cause. Tea and cake at the end was great and should happen at every race!!

In short: lovely hilly romp
In full: My first time here, after lots of road 10ks it was delightful to have the mix of surfaces & lots of lovely scenery to look at (maybe I wasn't running hard enough!). Organisers very helpful with my rather late entry. Cake thoroughly recommended.
