In short: Well organised and mostly flat so definite PB potential on a cloudy day. Only let down is the 11am start time which is a bit late when heat will always be an issue in mid-May.......

In short: Excellent organisation, friendly atmosphere, good field of runners.
In full: This is how races should be; well organised with good facilities, friendly atmposhere - welcoming to club runners and first timers alike, a well priced entrance fee with the money going to local charities.
The course was challenging in places but this was a great change from those 'fast flat' courses that have no character. Although this means its probably not a pb course for some, the fact that the organisers did not try to overcrowd the field meant no bottle necks or a scrum at the end, providing the opportunity for a good race time.

In short: Organisers go to a great deal of trouble to have something for everyone - it was a shame the weather seemed to keep people away.
