In short: Lovely route, windy but flat enough for PBs
In full: I really enjoyed this run. Really nice scenery, friendly and encouraging marshalls. Did a good PB so was very happy!

In short: Hilly and windy in 2008 but worth a trip and a good alternative to the Bury 20

In short: Exposed in parts makes it quite an effort at times but some nice easy parts to it as well.

In short: Excellent support from marshalls & drink stations.
In full: I think a few marshalls were telling fibs, I'm sure I wasn't 'looking good' after 15 miles but thanks for the compliment!

I was a bit surprised at the impatience and speed of some drivers, but thats beyond control.

In short: Good PB Potential
In full: Ran the race in 99 then 2005 and again this year. very well marshalled , nice gift , the start is a charming Norfolk town centre . The 10 meets up with 20 at mile 5 / 7 which is nice lift. Overall great course with PB potential and good atmosphere. Short Climb at 19.5 miles back to the finish.
