In short: a well organised and enjoyable run. I learned from 2006 that some of tracks are narrow and overtaking is tricky,so ran hard at the start..The climb at 6km was tough, and my friend pipped me to the finish line by 1 second - the git.

In short: Tough but very pretty and good fun. Well organised.
In full: There are a few narrow spots where you have to walk. But the beautiful scenery makes up for it. Brilliant organisation and VERY friendly and encouraging marshalls. Thanks for a great run!!

In short: A tough cross country run so not one for a PB but a good training run and very well marshalled and friendly. Good changing facilities.

In short: Overheard at about 2K ,"they'll have us running through back gardens next:."
In full: Great variety of terrain and scenery, some inclines and surfaces were quite challenging, but all the better for it. Personally I liked the rain, it saves messing about with sponges.

In short: Narrow in places, some people need to start nearer the back! Good course though, quite challenging and well organised.

In short: Great route, great organization and nice trophy. Shame they couldn't organize the weather!
In full: My first 10k, and I achieved the time I'd set myself (I'd read about the bottlenecks and factored that in). Even though it was tipping down, much of it was under leaf cover, and that kept off the worst of the weather. Very well organized, and enough to keep the family happy while they waited for me to return.

In short: Well organised but no pb potential here
In full: A very well organised proper X country race. With the number of narrow parts there was a lot of bunching and only being able to run at the pace of the person in front of you which was slightly disappointing as was hoping for a faster time. Scenary probably better than I have rated but given rain and my glasses misting I lost most of my vision for the 2nd half of the race
