In short: This was my first ever race and I loved it. Really good atmosphere.
In full: The only problem was that the meeting points mentioned in the programme were never set up, so it took me a while to find my lift home afterwards! Otherwise, well organised.

In short: First Abbey Dash and brilliant, however the lack of pre-race water and plastic cups at mid-point isn't justified by £15 entry fee

In short: Great race, PB potential, pity about walkers starting too far forward!
In full: Plenty of marshalls about to help, great atmosphere at the start, although this wasn't always the case along the route. Some parts were pretty boring, although had to watch out for people crossing the road in front, especially near McDonalds.
Only one bug bear, people who can't do the distance starting too for forward and then walking before the 1km mark, not fair on people training for pb's!!
