In short: Well organised, flat 10k
In full: good 10k, very flat so PB's are possible. organised well just a bit out of the way. for spectators refreshments supplied and good prices. not much else around but for running a good 10k

In short: Hard run on a hot day but definitely a PB course
In full: Not a lot of scenery on this course - starts in an airfield and does a loop around local quiet roads but nice and flat. Shame it was boiling hot & not a lot of wind apart from on the last 2km or so when it was in the face!!! Nice bunch of people and good marshalling though.

In short: Would have been set for PBs, but the Sun saw off that one. Well marshalled and organised.

In short: Great race - course and organisation are difficult to fault. Definite PB potential, if the weather's right.
