In short: Tough climbs but view from the top by the Roaches is well worth the climb. Good quality t-shirt and makes a change from the usual white one! Excellent organisation - thanks to all involved at SMAC!

In short: Great scenery all the way, including lots of attractive old villages eg. Meerbrook. Lots of ups & downs but no killer long hills - just right.

In short: excellent race
In full: I do this every year and it never dissapoints. Good changing and showers. Good cup of coffee and butties in the leisure centre. Not a pb course as the road up to the Roaches hill range is very hilly but the view ove the top is wonderful. Good friendly atmosphere as well.
