In short: Well organised Event
In full: Everything Bath isn't in the organisation.
Expensive to enter, but smooth and easy to get to the start and get running. I have no complaints with the event, and it was a good day out, but wouldn't do again due to the cost.
Start sequence and ordering of the runners was handled very well as was the area after the finish.

In short: Well worth the trip for this city centre race nice atmosphere all round
In full: Excellent! very much enjoyed this race again, some very nice touches. The goody bag was much better with some edible food and drink. Also reasonable quality T shirt. Thought the marshalls were especially good and the Bristolians were out in force to encourage us.A BIG thank you to all involved.

In short: I'd say it's more of a 3.5 than a 3 or a 4, but worth it.
In full: Hadn't done the 10k sister race to my local half, and was pleasantly surprised. We started pretty much on time, although no-one could quite understand why we weren't allowed into the 'pens' until 10 minutes before the gun. Towards the front end of the field there seemed to be enough road width for the runners (this can be a problem in the half, which has a larger field). Crowd support was pretty good, although somewhat sparse on the Portway; however, with the road closed there's probably not much that can be done about that other than persuading a band to play there? One water station just after half way was welcome in today's warm conditions. The finish worked well, although the queues at the baggage tent were building (not very) nicely as I was leaving. Not sure it was the best idea to ensure that bags were handed in effectively in predicted finishing time order, as there will have been bottlenecks all morning collecting bags. Also, not quite enough toilets at the start to my mind. Took about 10 minutes to queue for a pee 30 minutes before the first gun. You're never going to get great value for money with a big city race, but as far as they go, this one seems worth it.

In short: Flat and Fast with some good scenery.
In full: Because of the numbers of runners, its hard to get into normal running mode pace at start

In short: well organised but as per all the other comments quite pricey and not some much of a "goodie" bag more of a bag

In short: Good atmosphere, good organisation and good PB potential
In full: Seemed to be enough loos and it didn't seem too crowded up at the front. Largely flat course and I managed to knock 2 mins off my PB which was pretty much the same story for a number of us.
Improvement on the HM course in that it avoided the cobbles, there were some just after the swing bridge, but flattish compared to the Half.

In short: Very well organised "large" event
In full: I agree with the many other comments to date that commend the organisation. Hope they keep this up for the future. Have noticed the results list has less than 4000 entries yet the website said there were up to 15000 places available. Hope lower than expected turnout doesn't put the organisers off repeating the event. Compared to numbers of Bath half and Bristol half this seems a very manageable number.

In short: Superb organisation, smooth start / finish procdure, nice course
In full: Good flat fast course. Both start and finish procedure excellent, no queuing. Will be interesting to see if it is as good as the field grows. I don't often run for no chocolate!
