In short: Great fun especially when your boss is trying to scrabble out of the water!
In full: Halfway round I was beginning to lose the will to live and hating it but as soon as I fell over in the mud (5.9 score according to other runners) I remembered it was actually fun and then proceeded to get funnier the further round we got!

In short: A fantastic alternative to the mundane road run!!!
In full: My first race and what a way to start!!! Not what I expected, yes I knew there would be the hills but so many?!?!?

A fantastic atmosphere with some brilliant bogs. Well organised and thought through. Only niggle ( and it is a small one ) is that there are no distance indicators. After going through the "bog of doom" and then finding out I had another 3 miles of pain to endure was a little soul distroying...

Great race and will deffinately be competing next year.

In short: MudTastic Fun
In full: This was my second HellRunner and it was more fun than the first - the bog of doom was fooking freezing but so much fun.

Car parking issues were resolved from when I did the event in 2007 which made for a nice finish to a great day.

A note to enyone planning to do this event... don't go to a wedding the day before and drink far too much... it hurts, trust me :o)
