In short: Love this race - the villagers make it very special
In full: Mostly pretty scenery, no killer hills and good marshalling but it is the people in the village (especially the families) who turn out with water and hoses to help in the heat who make it really special. Well worth turning out to this one.

In short: Very well organised. Undulating but no killer hills. Short offroad section was unexpected but OK since it was dry. Would have preferred bottles to cups, didn't actually get much to drink. Nice medal but A T-shirt too would have been welcome, even if

In short: Really enjoyable run> Friendly atmosphere and good support on the course.
In full: A friend recommended this one after the heat of 2005. I'm glad I followed up on his advice and that the weather was a bit cooler. I will also be recommending this as one not to be missed. Thanks to all the marshalls and supporters. Well done!

In short: Very friendly and well organised event
In full: Very well organised event on challenging course particularly the hill at 8 miles.
Great support from the locals with 'unofficial' water stations and 'showers' particularly welcome in the heat.
Enjoyed free massage, banana and chocolate (albeit melted).
Will be back next year.

In short: Glorious!
In full: I had a wonderful day at this race, it was my first ever and while it was mainly club runners I was made very welcome indeed and learned a lot. The scenery is beautiful, the locals were out with water which really helped in the heat, and the atmosphere was extremely friendly with lots of families about. Definitely do it if you can.

In short: 3rd year it's been run and again great. Now a must in the Midlands race calendar. 'Only' 21 degrees C. this year so plenty of PBs.
In full: Again thanks and congrats to Hampton Sports Club for a thoroughly well organised, friendly and enjoyable race.
