In short: Great race,well organised
In full: I'm not normally one for laps but i actually quite enjoyed the fact that it was two laps.
This is a great race for experienced runners or first timers-especially if the weather is kind like it was today.
Its mostly flat which showed as i knocked 6 minutes off my PB!
Toilets could've been better but everything else ran like clockwork including a superb goody bag, medal and T shirt.
I'll be back next year

In short: The Only Half where you can pretty much see the whole route.
In full: I really enjoyed this and got a new PB, it was great to be able to see the finish line from three miles away and it was a brilliant one for spectator input, getting to see them 4 times en route.

In short: Tedius but very well organised
In full: I found running 13 miles with not much to look at except other runners and sea quite tough. Very lovely atmosphere and crowd support though and great goody bag. Massages at the end were great, but sorry to the guy on the next bed to me who saw my bum! :-)

In short: Like clockwork
In full: An excellent day out at the seaside. Can't understand "Poet's" comments. Suspect she missed out on the prizes.............
Well done to everyone. Shame I couldn't stay with the 8 min pacer but that was my fault (lack of training)
