In short: Great fun despite the rain
In full: Enjoyable race, despite rain still well supported and with excellent marshalling, signs and organisation.

In short: Reasonably fast course well marshalled small field
In full: The cooling rain made this good for runners but poor for spectators so its hard to criticise the lack of support. The course is a good one, lots of helpful marshalls. The numbers are kept low which gives a good local family feel to the start and finish area. PBs are certainly possible.

In short: My favourite race
In full: Great atmosphere, having the 3 race distances really makes this event special - There is something for everyone. The icing on the cake is having water bottles instead of the usual plastic cups that are impossible to drink out of on the run.

In short: Very well organised. A nice day out for the whole family.
In full: I was impressed with how much there was to do for spectators and kids. Very well organised, very scenic course, plenty of water before during and after the event. The only down-side was that it didn't really cater for slower runners. I went through the first mile in 9½ minutes and that put me right at the back!

In short: Excellent race. Only downside - water was scarce at the finish.
In full: Very good race. Good support and marshalling. One hill near the start, but not too taxing and followed by a long downslope. Weather was a bit warm, but there seemed to be good shade for a lot of the time. Plenty of water stations, but strangely lacking in water at the finish. On the whole, excellent. Nust make sure I do it next year, I'm sure I can improve on my time.
