In short: Brilliant
In full: Scenic course (not that I saw much with my head down), perfect for a pb (knocked a full ten minutes off my previous pb), very well organised, marshalls excellent especially being so well organised at the drinks stations, and very encouraging, plenty of loos so no problems for the ladies, and good quality sweater. And the video of the race that you can watch at the end is a brilliant idea!!!

In short: once again Knavesmire Harriers have organised probably the best race of the year !!
In full: Superb organisation, dead flat course apart from the motorway passover that feels a bit steeper on the way back, fantastic marshalls and the best sweatshirt of the year make this one of my all time favoiurites, roll on next year and sub 1.40 !!

In short: Great orgainsation, great facilities and a flat course!
In full: Great all round, only problem was the car park due to all the rain recently - we sank in a field! Thanks to the fellow runner who help push our car out of the whole it was digging itself! Probably the best half marathon of the year.

In short: If you like flat this is the one
In full: Good flat course, really well organised, a great credit to the Knavesmire club and its marshalls - and did I mention I got a 3rd consecutive PB? So I am not baised. Well done to all concerned.

In short: Good fast race, great for PBs. Middle miles a bit lonely perhaps (ie not much support), but very well organised with enthusiastic marshals.

In short: One would do this for its PB potential anywa, but the genuinely friendly marshalls and great sweatshirt at the end would get you there anyway

In short: Another triumph! Well done Knavesmire!
In full: From the fantastically quick course to the wonderful, wonderful marshalls, yet another Brass Monkey enters the annals of 'my favourite races'. Not a great time, but carting an injury induced weight problem round didn't help - but it feels so good to have enjoyed a race rather than endured one, which is how it's been for a while!

See you next year!

In short: Brilliant Brilliant Brilliant
In full: Have I said that it was brilliant....?
Weather was kind to us - a slight breeze that althuough from the side, was a slight headwind on the way out, but that was to our advantage on the way back. It was dry and the temperature was shorts and running vest cool!
Once again, it was positively clockwork-like, and Knavesmire Harriers put on another superb event, friendly and supportive as always.
Love this event
Brilliant
:o)
