In short: Well done once again to the organisers!
In full: Lost count of the number of drinks stations, bottles of water with "sport cap", countless sponges. Huge number of friendly marshalls. Excellent facilities and atmosphere at the finish. The course is difficult but very satisfying

In short: My favourite course ever ever ever!!!
In full: Friendly, beautiful, but tough! Run it!
Most of the route (after the initial climb at mile 1 to mile 3) is up on Sir William Hill, and the views over Eyam, Abney and the Hope Valley are breathtaking. Great pubs and grub in Eyam village afterwards. Really well supported by the locals. If you want to start early, you could get a pint in at The Barrel half way around!

In short: tough but fun
In full: Really enjoyed this race, made some friends along the way, everyone towards the back walked up the last hill ! Down hill to the end thank goodness - it was lovely weather - this year it is only a week before Sheffield Half though !

In short: Exceptionally well organised event
In full: Doing this event knowing that the proceeds go to charity is not the only reason to participate. It's friendly, challenging and exceptionally well organised such that many event organisers could learn a few lessons from this one.
