In short: Thank you Bedford Harriers AC - a splendid half marathin to end the year with! In full: A very enjoyable half marathon, with 10/10 for organisation. A lot of other races could do well to follow the exemplary organisation of Bedford Harriers. Well done to all involved in planning and helping out at this event! Date of review: December 12, 2010

In short: A credit to Befrod Harriers and especially their marshalling In full: A very interesting course; tough for 6 miles and not much easier 6-9 then super fast from 9-10 and quite quick all the way in from there. Great marshalling throughout. Good rugby shirt memento and great facilities at the end; warm showers and tea with bacon and sausage sandwiches! Date of review: December 12, 2010

In short: An excellent race with superb organisation...and I got a PB :) In full: I really enjoyed this race, and the organisation could not have been better. I used the coach transfer and it worked perfectly, there were more than enough toilets, everything was easy. Race itself was very hilly, yes, but the exhilaration of running down the big hill at mile 9/10 made it all worth while. Love the rugby shirt (although would have preferred a medal) and had a great day. Would also like to mention Jack from the Bedford Harriers, who was running. He was amazingly encouraging to all the runners around him, whether he knew them or not, and certainly helped me get my PB. Thanks Jack! Date of review: December 12, 2010

In short: Well done Bedford Harriers In full: Bedford Harriers certainly know how to organise a race. Didn't use the bus transfer but that seemed to go like clockwork too. Well done Bedford - you always get it right. Date of review: December 12, 2010

In short: Well organised event for cold and hill lovers In full: It's December, and the course is very hilly - mostly uphill, somehow. Even the last mile. Don't know about PB, but it's good fun if you like this sort of thing. Views from the hiolls are rather nice. Organization very good, lots of marshalls, well organized changing and showers, and baggage storage. I was not very keen on bus transfers, but they worked quite well. And the shirt is one of the best "mementos" I've seen on the circuit. Date of review: December 12, 2010

In short: Great end of year half marathon In full: Well organised, mildly challenging route through countryside, good rugby shirt memento and very friendly and encouraging marshalls (and photographer) - especially the lady in green at 8 miles. Another well organised race from Bedford Harriers. WELL DONE. Date of review: December 12, 2010
