In short: Excellent views, oganisation and two great hills! :-)
In full: Well done to all involved! My first time at this particular event and I must say I was impressed! The run was broken up nicely with a good mix of road running and a nice run along the Grantham canal along with excellent views of the Lincolnshire countryside. The two hills were a good challenge on miles six and ten - made all the more pleasurable by the signs reminding us that Lincoln was 'flat'. The stadium finish was a nice touch as well - in fact this is the first stadium finish I have done. With the hills and sometimes a quite strong headwind I was still able to finish this one thirteen minutes faster than my previous half - happy days! The only small gripe I would have was the long wait at the end for the tee-shirt. It might be a good idea to include the shirt in the goody bag as at other events I have been to. Perhaps a finisher’s medal would be nice to? All in all though I would and will recommend this event to all! Well done - see you in 2010!

In short: great scenery, interesting route - good mix of roads and paths
In full: The two hills make it even more interesting - high for Lincolnshire but no problem compared with many places. The lap and half on the athletics track at the end kept it competitive right to the line.

In short: Superb organisation, and the most scenic and rewarding of routes
In full: This was brilliant - loved the little roadside boards to get you fired up as you went round - helped you focus on the two hills that's for sure. A great route that naturally splits into segments to help you manage your race. I knocked fifteen minutes off my half marathon time here: that's down to a number of things but this route is certainly quick, despite the two sharp hills. Defiinitely do it again and a special word to the excellent marshalls who looked after us all the way round. Faultless.

In short: Two Cracking Hills, but only One person handing out T-shirts!!!!
In full: Nice race but wind made it very taxing, huge queue for the T-shirts for later runners, pleased I finished before the worst of the rain.C+ could do better.

In short: One person giving out t-shirts is a joke
In full: Good race would have been organisation but having one person giving out t-shirts is a joke shame this wasn’t thought about.
