In short: A well organised race, with a record 5000 entry.
In full: Only slight moan would be the fact that the official carpark is over a mile from the finish, and the cheeky buggers at the council have the nerve to charge you a quid to park on a grass field. Other than that, brilliant event.

In short: Mix Feelings about this race
In full: Good day.But the organiser should level the runners off abit like we see Joggers and walkers in Sub 50 to Sub 90 .Due with the Road Close.I throught it would be the same since 2005 inwhich its make be puzzled abit.NO T Shirt as promised on Runners World and No energy Bars in the Goody Bags? But Well Done to the Organiser due to resession.Maybe back next Year?

In short: My Favourite 10K!!
In full: I have done this race many times and always enjoy it. They have moved the start since my last attempt - this caused a few problems for my support crew (wife and little daughter)who only just got back to the finish line before I did!! Also there was quite a bit of congestion at the finish - this could do with a lot of sorting out. Overall its my favourite race and getting bigger all the time (just like I am!!)

In short: Much better experience all round this year
In full: The price is so steep! But the course is flat. Expecting folk to pay extra for a t-shirt is just too much. Actual course is superb and the race itself was much better organised this year.

In short: Nice and flat, cobbles tough going at the end.
In full: If anything, it was too organised !?!? I managed to get herded through the one way system without my medal, then went all the way around the castle to go back in only to find some swine had half-inched them!! They took my number and posted it onto me engraved as a goodwill gesture! nice touch!

In short: .
In full: The course was excellent and good for a PB. The only 2 flaws I can think of were the congestion at the end and the location of the water station in possibly one of the narrowest streets on the course. Other than that the race was well organised and marshalled. The crowds of spectators were full of encouragement for the runners giving the occasion a wonderful atmosphere and the weather was extremely kind to us on the day. I will definitely be doing the run again.
