In short: Great run through the countryside with a nice mix of hills and flat.
In full: Route was a nice scenic trip around the quiet country roads of Canterbury, helped along even more by the lovely clear day. Had a couple of decent hills to get the lungs going but fortunately the last mile or so was down hill when the legs had started to go. Marshalls were very good, supportive and plenty around. See people would have liked a medal but I find they tend to go in the bin, mug was a bit different and might actually get used so thanks for that. Only fault were toilets, like lots of races never enough for all those with pre race tension!...think there were 5 portaloos for the 900 strong field, made for long queues.

In short: Very good but challenging
In full: Having run this race last year in the poor weather, it was much kinder to us today but slippery in places. I had forgotten how tough the middle miles were. The Marshalls were very supportive. Will be back next year with the rest of the Dartford Road Runners gang !!

In short: Well organised, not elitist, challenging but great fun when I finished
In full: I don't know how you could fault this race. Well done everyone involved. I found the hills a real struggle, but a real psychological challenge and I finished. For me its one of those races that make me feel if I can do this one I can do anything! I really don't care about getting a medal/mug/t-shirt. I am quite happy with a bottle of water and a banana!

In full: Very well organised meet. Particularly like the touch at the end where competitor's names were announced as they finished.

In short: Undulating, Lots of ups and downs, good race.
In full: Well organised event. Hills are challenging but are worth it due to the long downhills. Great day out for those travelling in, with a beautiful city to visit after should you have the energy!
