In short: It must be good cos I keep coming back. Several of my clubmates normally take part, but due to another event they were unable to come, but they will be back next year I am sure. We usually stay on after the race and make a day of it .

In short: Not to be undertaken lightly, long may this race continue to be run. Challenging and tough. Friendly and informal. Popular with experienced and first time trail runners alike.
In full: A great course. Frequent well stocked and well manned drinks stations. Road crossing points very well organised. Leg massage at the finish was a good idea and very well received - my thanks to Sandy who helped ease my troubled calfs! Shame the organisers missed me off the results page though.
