In short: Gotta fix the water situation, getting those bottle tops off on the run is a pain as well as tripping over disgarded bottles

In short: The only thing that let it down was the lack of organisation, eg. queueing for water (!) energy drinks in cups, having to pour energy drinks yourself (if you could find a cup), no-one asked for the chip back! They were very understaffed.

In short: Very well organised race taking in the city centre, milenium stadium and Cardiff bay. Good crowd support, plenty of marshalls and drink stations. Registration and bag storage only a few yards from start / finish area and plenty of toilets.

In short: Marshalls, bless 'em, mostly didn't have a clue. Water stations hazardous with bottles all over the ground.

In short: A good two-lap course - the bay area could be tough if it were windy!
