In full: I helped my wife and a friend to get around their first 15 miler and they really enjoyed it.Superb friendly marshalls were a credit.thankyou

In short: Fantastic organisation, great pre race info, plenty of drinks,sponges and showers and marvellous cakes at the end which you definitley earn in the last 4 hilly miles. Top race !!

In short: excellent race third time of running and gets better every year nice that the organisers listen to runner and implement ideas to improve the race :-)
