In short: Good race in tough conditions. Undulating but not too bad and definitely PB potential.

In short: Well organised, pleasant route, undulating
In full: A good course but a bit windy today on the open stretches. Up and down course but not too challenging. Nice T shirt. A bit lacking in toilets and changing facilities

In short: Great course, not too hilly
In full: Great race and very well organised. Like the minute silence as well. The marshals are friendly, the race is part of a 3 race grand prix so makes it more interesting if you have done the previous 2 races. Great cup of tea after the race.

In short: Everything a race should be
In full: Almost a perfect course - enough undulating sections to keep it interesting, but no serious hills and mostly flat means definite PB potential. Very windy in the opening miles, which was also the case last time I ran it, but I guess that's the price of running through lovely country lanes.

Organisation is flawless. Well observed minute's silence at the start, excellent marshalling and spot-on mile markers. Better than average T shirt and great cakes to round it all off.

Just the right number of competitors as well - small enough to ensure no real congestion at the start, but large enough to ensure you have company all the way round.

Overall, just a perfect local race and highly recommended.

In short: Nice people, nice marshalls, a few short steep hills thrown in although I wouldn't want to do it if it was much windier

In short: classic 10 miler
In full: Great race through some lovely countryside. Slightly varied surface (but road shoes do fine), lots of incline (but no really big hills), and wind to consider too. Miles marked accurately.

Everything that a 10 mile should be. See you next year.

In short: Really enjoyed myself.
In full: My first 10 miler, lovely atmosphere with a fab long sleved t-shirt, thank you.
Will be coming back. Saw very little traffic for the entire route.
