In short: My first half - Those hills were tough but the views and organisation made up for it.
In full: Not one for complete beginners due to the "challenging" hills but one I'd defo do again.. Great value for money, great scenery, great organisation and great T shirt!

In short: Challenging but very rewarding course! Very scenic and excellent organisation! Great day!
In full: I wouldn't say this is a race for the beginner as it is challenging and very hilly but I certainly would recommend this to any runner who is marathon training or simply wants a good, tough race.
What a glorious day! Very friendly race, great organisation and very scenic. Nice T-shirt at the end, and somehow I got a PB. Training must be going well!!

In short: Undulating race with good views over the valley.
In full: Good solid undulating half marathon. Weather was perfect this year (no wind with a hint of winter sun).

In short: (Very) Hilly, sunny, friendly. Well organised and one of my favourites
In full: The fact that i did my long term PB target here (with those hills) made this race special and makes me wonder what i could have done on the flat. Great atmosphere, glorious weather. What more do you need?

In short: Good course, well organised & well marshalled.
In full: Not as murderous as some may have suggested. A few steep climbs, but these were fairly short. The steady but protracted climb for the tenth mile was a good challenge. Good half-marathon. Compliments to the organisers.
