In short: Always very enjoyable
In full: Second year that I've done this. The only difference between the two was the weather - rain last year and glorious sun this year. Other than that, the race was tremendously enjoyable both times - commendations to the organisers and stewards! :-)

In short: A great atmosphere.
In full: The heat made the race tough, but also added to the occasion. A great way to spend a Bank Holiday.

In short: A well balanced course with narrow scenic country lanes and enthusiastic on lookers at their garden gates.
In full: Glorious weather probably surprised most, sunburn anyone!?! I took a first timer and he's now hooked. Combine that with a pb for me, despite an unexpected hill, and a great day is what you have. If there'd been showers I'd probably stayed for the large-ish fair as well. Looked fun.
