In short: Fab! The ultimate traffic-free road race!
In full: This was my 3rd time at Castle Combe and it was as good as ever. Fantastic organisation and nice medal for finishing, goodies too if you'd pre-booked.Pity about the strong wind on the back straight, but a definite PB race and the pleasure of no traffic! Refreshments, stalls and a warm viewing tower for supporters makes it a family-friendly event...will be back for more!

In short: Great for PBs!!!
In full: Don't settle for anything less than a PB on this multi lap course. Well organised with some very good runners at the front.

In short: Good chance of a P.B.
In full: The weather and conditions were perfect for me on Sunday. Broke my PB by nearly 3 mins, should also thank the Asics Speedstars.

Although the course is not what I would described as flat, there are certainly no "steep" hills and you should be able to cope with the inclines without too much stress.

Nice to see a good mixture of runners at this event, and although it was a little boring running around the track 3 times, I guess you know what to expect.

If your looking for a P.B. you have a good chance of getting one on this track, it will just depend on the good old British Weather.

In short: Well organised and great valve for money t shirt, goody bag, and a mention from the commentator on the way round. A great Pb course I took over 90 seconds off my previous best so that is good proof for a Pb! even a bouncy castle for the kids .

In short: Not a bad 10K
In full: This was quite a well organised event, even with numbers collected on the day. You could actually hear the starter, which is unusual. The three laps are a bit dull and to be honest I've run flatter 10Ks - this one is more very gently undulating, and there are more uphills than down! I've never been on a smoother course though. If there was no wind it would be a possible PB course in my opinion. As it was the wind seemed to be in your face for two thirds of the time.
