In short: Great race, beautiful course with a few hills to keep things interesting
In full: Really well organised, can't think of anything to fault. Beat my target of 1:45 by 2 minutes so will definitely look back on it as a good race :)

In short: Fantastic race, definitely worth doing
In full: Not an easy race by any means but after many "big" races this made a refreshing change. Superb organisation, fantastic scenery and a challenging course make this a must. Cannot recommend enough but if you only race to get PB's then you may want to give this one a miss.

In short: PRACTICALLY PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!!!!
In full: If I had known that it was so hilly, I probably would not have opted for this. But I would have missed a gem of a race. As everyone has inferred, it really is a brilliant race and I can only echo what has gone before. Sign up for next year as soon as entry is open.
Lastly, thank you so much to the guy standing on the wall with the megaphone at the start who sang GOD SAVE THE QUEEN. Its the first time I've heard this at the start of a race in the UK and certainly got the adrenalin pumping.
Thanks to everyone involved in organising a great day.
