In short: A well organised race suitable for all abilities. Nice friendly atmosphere with a mix of distances for all the family.
In full: Mainly woodland route with some challenging hills and a demanding finish. Marshalls well posted providing support together with a well organised start and finish. Novice 10k runners and those more experienced should find something in this run.

In short: A race with a bit of everything
In full: The Orpington 10km is a stern test of athletic ability, a challenging race, with both urban and rural aspects. Organised by a friendly bunch, I recommend the event to both the serious athlete and beginner alike - this is what it's all about - know yourself better as a runner after the event.

In short: Good event overall for the family
In full: I like the overall programme - daughters do the 2K school races, and then we all (including young nephews and non-running adults) do the family fun run after the main event (good warm down after 10K)
