In short: Rewarding race, great atmosphere and lovely marshalls!
In full: Hills and heat made it a challenging first half-marathon for me, but I had a great day out and would definitely do it again. Bit miffed that the ice-lollies ran out though (will have to make sure I run faster next time!)

In short: Hot and hilly
In full: Support was great, lots of water stations. By the time I finished there was only one size T shirt left and no ice lollies (I was pretty slow). Would be nice to have some food at the finish - did not seem like good value compared with similar cost races.

In short: A little hilly but really well organised, good atmosphere
In full: It was a hot morning and that combined with the hills made it hard work, but there were plenty of water stations throughout the course and plenty of marshalls to assist the people that needed help.

Really good atmosphere too, lots of people cheering each other on.

Was nice and scenic most of the time down lanes surrounded by fields.

Few aches and pains afterwards, but throughly enjoyed it.

In short: Hot and hilly which made it very tough!!
In full: Organisation was mainly very good but a bit manic at the finish line! Weather was very warm and the hilly course made it very tough! Parking was good and close to the start/finish but was a nightmare to get out at the end. All in all a great day out for runners and spectators alike!

In short: Great new course, great country roads
In full: Really enjoyed the new route compared with two years ago. Great scenery with a bit of cover from woodlands. Underlating with a few hills. Plenty of water stops.

Too much hanging around at the start.
