In short: Good organisation, VERY friendly, Sufficient Water, Sponges and quality T-Shirt
In full: On a hot day thanks to the pub (and the band) that laid on extra water. Thanks to the policeman giving encouragement there (you know who you are).. that was a first.
Like the touch of giving people the time as they ran (or struggled) past. Have just experienced the Manchester 10K, the most important thing is that there is water, which they had in plenty and all marshalls should be thanked for their efforts.

In short: Must train for this next time! Ran out of steam at 10 miles. Great atmos, enjoyed the quiet country lanes, didn't enjoy the loop at 7-10miles demoralises the soul to see runners goin the other way 2-3 miles ahead.

In short: A really well organised race with some very good runnung particularly in the first half. Would like bottles of water handed to me rather than help yourself cups which seemed to get water everywhere except where needed but otherwise one of the best
