In short: How tough was that!!
In full: As I remarked to one of the marshalls at the top of the new hill from hell, bet the route designers of this race spend all year pulling wings of flies and lock their naughty kids under the stairs. This is one brute of a race but the glow of satisfaction when you have been there and done it makes it all worthwhile.
Take a bow everyone associated with the organisation, first class in all departments. Will be back next year for more pain.

In short: Ohhhhhh sore today, still not that bad as had a slow 4 mile earlier
In full: Tough course, can't believe that some runners got a PB from it yesterday. Coming from Lincs with no hills bit of a shock to the system!! Well organised and friendly, another great afternoon of suffering!!

In short: Hard route, friendly atmosphere. What else are you going to do on a Sunday in mid-February?
In full: Excellent organisation & marshalling. New route is just as challenging (not a flat mile in it) although I did miss not having to go through the start twice (as in 2005 route)! Love the gramaphone record at the start, and this is the only race where I've had my name announced on the PA as I finished. Oh, and I won a spot prize (again) - thanks!
